  • Don't follow generic internet advice that claims to be good for everyone. 
  • Don't fall into hype traps or fear-mongering pitfalls.
  • Become aware of your own inner guidance.
  • Eat in a tranquil state.
  • Be conscious of tasting, enjoying, and savoring the food.
  • Chew well and swallow.
